Resumen
El trabajo que presentamos analiza el sistema educativo español para llegar a la conclusión de cuáles son las causas de los resultados que arroja en los diferentes indicadores internacionales en materia de educación. Para ello es necesario un análisis legislativo de las diferentes normas educativas que han existido en España desde los años 40 hasta la actualidad, un estudio de los diversos indicadores educativos internacionales como por ejemplo el informe PISA, una comparación con un país que contemple unos resultados absolutamente diferenciados con el nuestro, en este caso Finlandia (a la vanguardia en esta materia), unas conclusiones que nos marquen de manera objetiva las claves por las que la Educación en este país no alcanza los niveles óptimos propios de un país desarrollado, y por ultimo desembocar en unas propuestas de mejora que, tomando como referencia todo el estudio anterior pero desde la visión propia del que escribe, sean capaces de aportar las pautas necesarias para revertir esta situación, nuestras conclusiones irán acompañadas de una entrevista a la directora de un colegio público para que nos dé su punto de vista.
The project that we present to check the Spanish Educational System profoundly in order to come to the conclusion of which are the causes of its results shown by the different international education indicators. For that , it is necessary a legislative analysis of the different educational rules that have existed in Spain from the forties to the present day, a study of the diverse international educative indicators as for instance, the PISA report, a comparison with a country that express some results completely different from those in our country, in this case Finland ( at the vanguard of this matter ), some objective conclusions that mark the keys to us, for which this country does not reach the ideal levels proper of a developed country, and finally lead to some improvement proposals, that taking into account the full previous study but only from the writer's own perspective, will be capable of provide with the necessary standards to revert this situation. Our conclusions will be accompanied with an interview on the director of a public school in order that she gives us her point of view.
