Aplicación de la política industrial y tecnológica al sector de la logística y el transporte

Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se basa en la aplicación de la política industrial del sector del transporte en España, intentando dar una visión general sobre cómo se encuentra el sector del transporte en la actualidad. En primer lugar se describe su entorno y los aspectos más importantes a tener en cuenta para sus diversas modalidades. Después se realiza un análisis utilizando la matriz DAFO, PESTEL y las 5 fuerzas de Porter. Una vez analizado el sector se plantean objetivos a conseguir, para hacer al sector del transporte más atractivo, y las medidas necesarias a aplicar, terminando con las conclusiones obtenidas.

This Final Degree Project is based on the application of the industrial policy on the transport sector in Spain, trying to give an overview of how the transport sector is currently. First of all, this project describes the environment where this sector grows up and the most important aspects to take into consideration in its different modalities. Secondly, an analysis is performed to use the SWOT, PESTEL matrices and the five porter's forces. Once the sector has been analyzed, will be settle down to be achieved, to make the transport sector more attractive, and the necessary measures to apply, ending whit the conclusions obtained.
