Resumen
El trabajo desarrollado trata de la Gestión de un Sistema de Calidad y la aplicación de una de sus herramientas, como son las 5S, en el ámbito de un área de la administración pública. Lo que se pretende con la realización de este proyecto es, encontrar en la experiencia y el saber hacer que presentan diferentes sistemas de calidad aplicados a la industria, trasladados al ámbito de un servicio municipal. En definitiva, lo que se busca es conseguir resultados parecidos a los de una industria, que sean extrapolables a nuestro proyecto, obtenido el rendimiento de los activos llevando a cabo tareas de calidad, mejora de la cadena de valor en procesos, y principalmente la mejora continua como concepto de competitividad y calidad para la satisfacción de los ciudadanos de Úbeda, los cuales serán nuestros clientes.
The work developed deals with the Management of a Quality System and the application of one of its tools, such as the 5S, in the field of a public administration area. The aim of this project is to find in the experience and know-how of different quality systems applied to industry, transferred to the field of a municipal service. In short, what is sought is to achieve results similar to those of an industry, which are extrapolated to our project, obtained the performance of assets carrying out quality tasks, improving the value chain in processes, and mainly continuous improvement as a concept of competitiveness and quality for the satisfaction of the citizens of Úbeda, which will be our customers.
