PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN PARA LOGRAR LA INCLUSIÓN Y MEJORA DE LA CONVIVENCIA EN SECUNDARIA CON APOYO DE LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA

Abstract

(ES)El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) tiene como objetivo lograr una verdadera inclusión educativa y mejorar la convivencia escolar en un Instituto de Secundaria situado en la ciudad de Linares (Jaén). El trabajo se divide en tres partes. En primer lugar, se desarrolla un análisis del contexto del centro escolar donde se enfoca el programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica. Seguidamente, se hace alusión a la fundamentación teórica que comprende una revisión bibliográfica sobre inclusión educativa, convivencia escolar y participación de la comunidad educativa en un centro educativo, para justificar la necesidad del programa. Para finalizar, se lleva a cabo el diseño del programa de intervención dividido en las tres unidades de actuación: Acción Tutorial, Atención a la diversidad y Orientación Académica y Profesional.

(EN)The aim of this Master's Thesis (TFM) is to achieve a real educational inclusion and improve school coexistence in an High School located in the city of Linares (Jaén). The work is divided into three parts. First, an analysis of the context of the school center where the Orientation and Psychopedagogical Intervention program is focused is developed. Next, we refer to the theoretical foundation that includes a bibliographical review on educational inclusion, school coexistence and participation of the educational community in an educational center, in order to justify the need for the program. Finally, the design of the intervention program is carried out, divided into three action units: Tutorial Action, Attention to Diversity and Academic and Professional Guidance.
