Acoso escolar desde el punto de vista de los docentes

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se enfoca en la modalidad de investigación, por lo que su objetivo es profundizar en el punto de vista que tienen los docentes sobre el acoso escolar en sus propios centros y en general, así como su formación sobre esta problemática. A lo largo de este documento se puede encontrar información variada sobre el acoso escolar, así como su definición, los tipos de acoso y las personas implicadas y sus consecuencias. El método llevado a cabo en esta investigación es el análisis cuantitativo realizado mediante un cuestionario Google Forms que ha sido contestado por 33 docentes de la Provincia de Jaén. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos, se puede llegar a la conclusión de que la mayoría de docentes están preparados y concienciados para hacer frente al acoso escolar; por otra parte habría que tener más encuenta esta temática en los centros públicos, ya que se ha podido observar que es donde más acoso escolar hay.

This End of Degree Project focuses on the research modality, so its objective is to deepen the point of view that teachers have on bullying in their own centers and in general, as well as their training on this problem . Throughout this document you can find various information about bullying, as well as its definition, the types of bullying and the people involved and its consequences. The method carried out in this research is the quantitative analysis carried out using a Google Forms questionnaire that has been answered by 33 teachers from the Province of Jaén. Taking into account the results obtained, it can be concluded that the majority of teachers are prepared and aware to deal with bullying; on the other hand, this issue should be taken into account more in public centers, since it has been observed that this is where there is more bullying.
