MÉTODOS DE ENSEÑANZA DE LA LECTURA PARA NIÑOS CON SINDROME DE DOWN

Abstract

Las personas que presentan síndrome de Down tienden a tener problemas de aprendizaje, por lo que necesitan materias adaptadas, y en ocasiones individualizado. Centrándonos en la enseñanza de la lectura, será necesario diseñar y llevar a cabo distintos métodos de lectura y escritura para la enseñanza-aprendizaje de esta. Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado analiza, en primer lugar, el concepto actual de Síndrome de Down, así como sus características, dificultades de aprendizaje, distintos tipos de síndromes de Down y en segundo lugar, los diferentes métodos de lectura que se pueden llevar a cabo con este alumnado, haciendo hincapié en el método de lectura y escritura de Troncoso y del Cerro, analizando sus características comunes, así como los pasos y los tipos de actividades que se pueden llevar a cabo, ya que es el método más adecuado para la enseñanza de la lectura y escritura en niños que presentan este síndrome."Children who have Down syndrome tend to have learning problems and because of that they need tailored, sometimes individualized subject. Sencondly, the different reading methods that can be carried out whit this student, emphasizing the method of reading and writing of Troncoso and Cerro; analyzing its common features, as well as the stpes and types of activities that can be carried out, as it is the most suitable method for teaching reading and writing in children with Down syndrome."
