Resumen
[ES]Están demostrados los múltiples beneficios que tiene la práctica de una Actividad Física controlada, sin embargo hay varios estudios que señalan que hay muchos casos en los que los niños no practican ningún tipo de Actividad Física o la abandonan a una temprana edad. A través de este estudio, ha sido conocer los principales motivos que llevan a estos a practicarla, no practicarla y abandonarla. Además de ver si existe algún tipo de relación en la Actividad Física que realizan los niños y la práctica que realizan los padres o amigos. En este trabajo, han participado 113 niños de 6° de Primaria y 4° de la ESO, que estudian en el pueblo de Porcuna (Jaén). La investigación se ha realizado a través de un diseño descriptivo de corte transversal a través de un cuestionario.
