Resumen
[ES] La intervención con niños que padecen hiperactividad y déficit de atención es uno de los grandes desafíos en que se encuentra inmersa la educación actual. Cada vez es más frecuente encontrar un alumno/a en nuestras aulas que presente este trastorno lo que da lugar a situaciones, en ocasiones, complejas.
Cada profesional debe estar más preparado para atender y afrontar las demandas, necesidades, cognitivas y conductuales que estos alumnos presentan.
Es importante que en las escuelas de primaria, valorar su detección y más significativo seria en el nivel preescolar. Los centros escolares, suelen ser los que detectan el comportamiento y el mal rendimiento escolar de estos niños y orientarlos a una exploración médica especializada y posterior a un diagnóstico de TDAH según DSM-5.
[EN] The intervention with children who suffer hyperactivity and deficit of attention is one of the great challenges in which the educational system is involved. Every time it is more frequent to find a student in our classrooms which produce complex situations. Every professional must be more trained in order to attend the cognitive and behavioral needs that these pupils show us. It is important that in primary schools, value their detection. They usually are those who detect this type of behavior. Teachers must guide children to a medical exploration specialized and later to TDAH's diagnosis according to DSM-5.
