REVISANDO LA EDUCACIÓN ARTÍSTICA DESDE LA ARTETERAPIA: EJEMPLOS PARA TRABAJAR LA ANSIEDAD Y LA DEPRESIÓN

Resumen
[ES] En el presente trabajo se plantea la educación artística desde una perspectiva innovadora y beneficiosa: abordar las actividades desde los conocimientos del arteterapia en el ámbito educativo. Se consideran las ventajas terapéuticas en el caso concreto de estudiantes con posibles problemas de depresión o ansiedad. Para ello, primero se hace un acercamiento a los temas de interés: historia y
conceptualización del arteterapia y trastornos de ansiedad y depresión. Posteriormente se realiza una
observación de prácticas en la asignatura de educación plástica, visual y audiovisual, a partir de libros
de texto, y se hace un planteamiento didáctico - en equilibrio entre educación y arteterapia -, en tres
líneas: una primera, de propuestas que pudieran hacerse en el aula, de trasformación de ejercicios
habituales, para enriquecerlos, de manera que, de manera preventiva puedan ser beneficiosos para
todo el grupo; otra, que tiene la intención de trabajar específicamente con el alumnado que lo
necesitara; además de hacer propuestas extracurriculares, abiertas no solo al alumnado, sino al
conjunto de la comunidad educativa. En definitiva, dar otra perspectiva que contribuya a mejorar la
educación artística.
[EN] In the present work, artistic education is considered from an innovative and beneficial perspective: approaching the activities from the knowledge of art therapy in the educational field. The therapeutic advantages are considered in the specific case of students with possible depression or anxiety problems. To do this, first an approach is made to the topics of interest: history and conceptualization of art therapy and anxiety and depression disorders. Subsequently, an observation of practices in the subject of plastic, visual and audiovisual education is carried out, based on textbooks, and a didactic approach is made - in balance between education and art therapy -, in three lines: a first, of proposals that They could be done in the classroom, to transform habitual exercises, to enrich them, so that, in a preventive way, they can be beneficial for the whole group; another, which intends to work specifically with the students who need it; in addition to making extracurricular proposals, open not only to students, but to the entire educational community. In short, give another perspective that contributes to improving artistic education.
