Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster, realiza una aproximación a diversos aspectos
relacionados con la Formación Profesional, sobre todo, a la motivación del alumnado y del
profesorado. Históricamente en España, la Formación Profesional, ha permanecido en un
segundo plano, a diferencia de otros países europeos, y no se ha fomentado debidamente,
sufriendo una desvalorización con respecto a otros estudios superiores. Esta etapa, se ha
quedado relegada a una menor demanda por parte de los estudiantes de nuestro país. Vivimos
tiempos de cambio, en una sociedad plural, donde la orientación que reciben el alumnado de
Formación Profesional, tiene que ser más compresiva, flexible y realista, teniendo en cuenta, la
actual situación económica propia del país y debe favorecer una orientación con garantías de
calidad y equidad.
Presentamos los resultados de una investigación que permiten reflejar, que una
adecuada orientación, favorece la motivación del alumnado, y del profesorado en la Formación Profesional.
[EN] In this Master's Thesis, an approach to various aspects of vocational training, such as student motivation coursing such studies, methodology, and practice teacher in the classroom is done. Historically in Spain, vocational training has remained in the background, for political and social neglect, unlike other European countries, and has not been properly prometed, suffering a devaluation relative to other higher education.
