ALGUNAS CUESTIONES JURÍDICAS SOBRE LA ECONOMÍA COLABORATIVA: EL CASO UBER

Abstract

Este trabajo se centra en el estudio realizado sobre el conflicto entre taxis y la empresa Uber. En primer lugar, vamos a explicar qué es la economía colaborativa y lo importante que es actualmente, viendo todos los elementos que la componen. Después, explicaremos en qué consisten los dos tipos de servicios, de la información y de transporte, que tratamos de manera profunda, exponiendo las características de cada uno. Y, finalmente, analizaremos la empresa Uber Technologies Inc., como persona jurídica y procedemos a los conflictos derivados entre ambos sectores y, con ello, la última ley que se encuentra vigente en la actualidad.

This work focuses on the study carried out on the conflict between taxis and the Uber company. First, we will explain what the collaborative economy is and how important it is currently, looking at all the elements that make it up. Afterwards, we will explain what the two types of services consist of, information and transport, what we treat in depth, exposing the characteristics of each one. And, finally, we will analyze the company Uber Technologies Inc., as a legal person and proceed to the conflicts arising between both sectors and, with it, the latest law that is currently in force.
