Resumen
En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se realiza una auditoria energética, según la norma UNE EN 16247, de una fabrica de
pinturas. Tras la recopilación de datos de la empresa auditada, tiene lugar el trabajo de campo consistente en mediciones
y observaciones con ayuda de equipo técnico (Analizador de redes, luxómetro...). Posteriormente se realiza un balance
energético de la empresa y se analiza la contratación energética de la misma. Una vez conocido el consumo energético
annual se expone una serie de medidas de mejora en la eficiencia energética que se analizan técnica y económicamente,
determinando ahorros potenciales y viabilidad económica. Tras ello, se exponen programas de subvenciones para el apoyo
a la ejecución de las medidas de mejora. A modo de comparación, se realiza un resumen ejecutivo de las propuestas de
mejora en la eficiencia energética y, finalmente, se exponen las conclusions del trabajo.
In this Master's Thesis, an energy audit is carried out, according to the UNE EN 16247 standard, of a paint factory. After collecting data from the audited company, field work consists of measurements and observations with the help of technical equipment (network analyzer, lux meter...). Subsequently, an energy balance of the company is carried out and its energy contracting is analyzed. Once the annual energy consumption is known, a series of measures to improve energy efficiency are exposed, which are analyzed technically and economically, determining potential savings and economic viability. After that, subsidy programs are presented to support the implementation of improvement measures. By way of comparison, an executive summary of the proposals for improvement in energy efficiency is made and, finally, the conclusions of the work are presented.
