NEMATODOS DE DUNAS COSTERAS DEL ATLÁNTICO SUR DE LA PENÍNSULA IBÉRICA

Abstract

[ES]Los nematodos se encuentran en todos los ecosistemas, entre ellos las dunas costeras, que son un hábitat con unas condiciones específicas para el desarrollo de la biodiversidad. En el presente trabajo se muestra el estudio de la nematofauna presente en dunas costeras del atlántico sur de la península ibérica. Tras este estudio se han identificado un total de 49 especies pertenecientes a cinco órdenes y 20 familias. Los resultados indican que el orden Rhabditida, y dentro de él, la familia Cephalobidae, es el grupo más frecuente. Acrobeloides bodenheimeri, Acrobeles complexus y Zeldia punctata son las más abundantes en Albufeira, y Aphelenchus avenae y Mesodorylaimus brezskii lo son en El Palmar. También, se ha encontrado un macho de Zeldia punctata, no citado con anterioridad en la Península ni en Europa. Acrobeloides arenicola amplía su distribución a la costa del Algarve. Los resultados obtenidos muestran una mayor diversidad de especies en Albufeira.

[EN]Nematodes can be found in all ecosystems, one of them the coastal dunes. This habitat maintains particular conditions that favours the increase of biodiversity. This research shows the study of the nematofauna from two coastal dunes of the Southern Atlantic in the Iberian Peninsula. After this study, 49 species, belonging to five orders and 20 families, have been identified. The results show that the order Rhabditida, and inside it, the family Cephalobidae, is the most common nematode group. Acrobeloides bodenheimeri, Acrobeles complexus and Zeldia punctata are the most frequent and abundant species in Albufeira, while Aphelenchus avenae and Mesodorylaimus brezskii are the remarkable ones in El Palmar. On the other hand, a male of Zeldia punctata has been found for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula and Europe. Acrobeloides arenicola expands its distribution to the Algarve coast. The results show that a more taxonomic diversity there is in Albufeira.
