The work will approach the analysis of the Foenus Nauticum or the Pecunia Triaecticia ; in the same one there will be analyzed the main characteristics, between which there will appear , the object of the pecunia traiecticia, the assumption of the periculum creditoris or the demanded interest, between other fields. Also it will be of opportune analysis the figure inheritor at present of the pecunia traiecticia, as well also of obliged mention it is the presence that the sea had in the Roman society, as well as the trade that in him was carried out

Resumen
[ES] La reforma del Código Penal realizada en el año 2015 produjo
muchas modificaciones en los delitos de homicidio y asesinato. La
más importante y controvertida ha sido la introducción de la pena
de prisión permanente revisable. Esta reforma viene acompañada
de multitud de problemas interpretativos y concursales, además de
incoherencias y falta de motivación para la mayoría de los
cambios. En este trabajo mostraré las distintas soluciones que se
ofrecen por parte de la doctrina, así como las opiniones a favor y
en contra de la mayoría de estas modificaciones en nuestra norma
penal.
[EN] The reform of the Penal Code carried out in 2015 produced many modifications in the crimes of homicide and murder. The most important and controversial has been the introduction of the reviewable permanent prison penalty. This reform is accompanied by a multitude of interpretive and bankruptcy problems, moreover to inconsistencies and lack of motivation for most changes. In this work I will show the different solutions that are offered by the doctrine, as well as the opinions for and against most of these modifications in our penal norm.
