(EN)The objective of this empirical study was to explore the effect of resilience and perceived emotional repair on post-traumatic growth and self-esteem. A cross-sectional study was conducted in a simple of women with breast cáncer under review. The women answered a general questionnaire that included the assessment of sociodemographic and clinical variables, and resilience, posttraumatic growth, perceived emotional repair and self-esteem scales. The results of lineal hierarchical regression showed significant evidence for the direct relationship between resilience and the criteria variables post-traumatic growth (β = .44, p<.01) and self-esteem (β = .48, p<.001). Perceived emotional repair is significantly related to self-esteem (β = .26, p<.05). Also confirms the effect of moderation executed by perceived emotional repair between resilience and the variable criterion self-esteem (β = -.34, p<.05). These data suggest the need to carry out research focused on promoting personal resources in the field of positive psychology.
