Resumen
[ES] Con el avance tecnológico de los últimos años, las Administraciones Públicas no han querido quedarse atrás. Han realizado un esfuerzo para mejorar los servicios públicos, ofreciendo a la ciudadanía un mayor número cada vez, de gestiones y trámites realizados a través de internet. Para llegar a la Administración electrónica, ha sido necesaria una adaptación de la normativa, grandes inversiones en la formación de los empleados públicos y una mejora de las infraestructuras y el equipamiento informático.
El uso de las nuevas tecnologías posibilita que la Administración sea más eficiente, eficaz y que llegue a todo el mundo, permitiéndoles la participación en la toma de decisiones. A diferencia de los primeros modelos, las Webs 2.0 y 3.0 no se limitan a mostrar los datos, sino que permiten interactuar, enviándolos o recibiéndolos. Ahora no somos meros receptores de información, sino que formamos parte de ella e incluso contribuimos a su difusión.
[EN] With the technological advances of recent years, public administrations have not wanted to be left behind. They have made an effort to improve public services, offering more and more citizens more and more of the procedures and procedures carried out through the Internet.
