Resumen
[ES] Se ha diseñado un programa de IAA, dirigido a mujeres con discapacidad, elaborándose 10 sesiones.
Primeramente, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica. En segundo lugar, se diseñó el programa, siguiendo
unas fases para lograr una buena ejecución y diseño. El objetivo principal es fomentar la autonomía
personal/social de las mujeres con diversidad funcional. Para ello se programaron una serie de sesiones
acordes a las dimensiones que influyen en la autonomía personal y social desarrollada por Verdugo y
Schalock, tales como el bienestar emocional, las relaciones interpersonales y el desarrollo personal, entre
otras. Lo más novedoso es la presencia de la perra de intervención como elemento motivador. Ha sido
entrenada para mediar en las IAA, junto con el equipo de profesionales que se encarga de diseñar las
1 sesiones. Se espera lograr los objetivos propuestos y dar a conocer las IAA como herramienta de ayuda
para el colectivo de mujeres con discapacidad.
[EN] This master dissertation was undertaken to design an AAI programme addressed to a group of disabled women, for which a total of 10 sessions have been elaborated. Firstly, a literature review was carried out. Secondly, the design was accomplished following an order set in different phases to achieve a good implementation and design. The main aim is to promete the social and personal autonomy of women with functional disability. Therefore, a series of sessions have been designed in line with the dimensions influencing the personal and social autonomy developed by Verdugo and Schalock such as emotional wellbeing, interpersonal relationships and personal development, among others. The most innovative point of this programme is the presence of the assistance dog as a motivating element. lt has been trained to medíate in the assísted interventions, together with the team of professionals who are in charge of designíng the sessions.
