Resumen
En las crisis, emergencia o catástrofe, los profesionales del Trabajo social desempeñan un rol fundamental
en el apoyo y la protección a las personas más vulnerables. Su objetivo es proporcionar servicios de ayuda y
coordinación para garantizar que las necesidades básicas de las personas sean satisfechas y que puedan
recuperarse del impacto de la crisis. Este TFG, analiza la respuesta en los primeros momentos de acogida
inicial en la Crisis de refugiados ucranianos en Polonia por el conflicto armado tras la invasión de Rusia a Ucrania. Se realiza un análisis desde el Trabajo social de las principales tareas y responsabilidades de los profesiones del trabajo social en situaciones de emergencia y catástrofe, con un enfoque comparativo de la respuesta desarrollada en Polonia frente a las medidas que se podrían implementar en España, desde la experiencia personal de quien presenta este trabajo, llevada a cabo durante la crisis de refugiados ucranianos
In crises, emergencies or disasters, social work professionals play a key role in supporting and protecting the most vulnerable people. Their aim is to provide support and coordination services to ensure that people's basic needs are met and that they are able to recover from the impact of the crisis. This dissertation analyses the response in the first moments of initial reception in the Ukrainian refugee crisis in Poland due to the armed conflict following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The main tasks and responsibilities of social work professions in emergency and disaster situations are analysed from the perspective of social work, with a comparative approach of the response developed in Poland compared to the measures that could be implemented in Spain, from the personal experience of the person presenting this work, carried out during the Ukrainian refugee crisis
