[ES] El presente trabajo aplica el modelo de demandas-recursos y la interacción trabajo-familia como
variables para estudiar si existen diferencias respecto al género, lo cual es importante ya que
actualmente los roles han ido cambiando entre hombres y mujeres. Los análisis se basaron en un
estudio con 343 participantes. Los resultados muestran que existe una relación positiva y significativa
entre los niveles de demandas psicológicas en el trabajo con los niveles de interacción negativa trabajofamilia
en ambos, pero una relación positiva y significativa con interacción positiva trabajo-familia solo
en hombres.

[EN] The present work applies the demands-resources model and the work-family interaction as variables to study if there are differences with respect to gender, which is important since roles have been currently changing between men and women. The analysis were based on a study with 343 participants. The results show that there is a positive and significant correlation between levels of psychological demands at work and levels of negative work-family interaction in both, but a positive and significant correlation with positive work-family interaction only in men.
