Resumen
[ES]El presente trabajo fin de máster está basado en el tema 33 “Convenios Colectivos:
concepto y naturaleza jurídica. Unidades de negociación, legitimación y vigencia.
Procedimiento negociador. Acuerdos de adhesión y actos de extensión. El contenido del
convenio colectivo, interpretación. Acuerdos marcos” de las oposiciones de Formación
y Orientación Laboral, y su relación con el bloque de contenidos 2 del módulo
profesional de Formación y Orientación Laboral, del ciclo formativo de Grado Medio de
Técnico en Aceites de Oliva y Vinos.
Este trabajo se divide en dos partes:
La primera parte se trata de la fundamentación epistemológica, donde se realiza
un análisis teórico sobre el convenio colectivo y los expedientes de regulación de
empleo. Además de una evolución de los expedientes de regulación de empleo desde
2008 hasta la actualidad.
La segunda parte está compuesta por la programación de la unidad didáctica 10
“Conflicto y negociación”, basada en una metodología activa y participativa del
alumnado.

[EN]The present master’s thesis is focused on topic 33 “Collective agreements: concept and legal nature. Bargaining units, legitimation and validity. Negotiating procedures. Accession agreements and extension acts. The content of collective agreements, interpretation. Framework agreements of the examinations of Training and Labor Orientation, and its relationship with the content block 2 of the professional module of Training and Labor Orientation, of the intermediate vocational training program of Technical Olive Oil and Wines. This job is divided in two parts: The first part is about epistemological foundation, where a theoretical analysis is carried out on the collective agreement and the provisional downsizing plan. In addition to developments in employment regulation from 2008 to the present. The second part is composed of the programming of the didactic unit 10 “Conflict and negotiation” which is based on an active and participatory methodology.
