CRISIS DE LOS REFUGIADOS: OPORTUNIDADES SOCIOLABORALES SEGÚN EL MARCO NORMATIVO – JURÍDICO EUROPEO Y ESPAÑOL

Abstract

[ES] Desde 2011 se está viviendo una crisis conocida como “Crisis de los Refugiados”, causada por el conflicto bélico de Siria. Europa al ser el continente más próximo es el más afectado. Los procesos para determinar si se acepta la solicitud de asilo tardan mucho en realizarse, y los trámites para convalidar los estudios que tengan estos refugiados, también son muy lentos. Aunque existen varias normativas, casi ningún país de la Unión Europea ha conseguido hacer frente a la cuota de refugiados a los que debe de dar asilo, como es el caso de España. Y una vez en el país, estas personas no consiguen una integración total, promovida por la entrada al mercado laboral. No se ven grandes esfuerzos por parte de los gobiernos para fomentar la entrada al mundo del trabajo de las personas refugiadas, y hacer así que su integración sea más sencilla

[EN] Since 2011, a crisis known as "Refugee Crisis" is being experienced, caused by the war in Syria. Europe being the nearest continent is the most affected. The processes to determine if the asylum application is accepted take a long time to complete and the procedures for validating the studies of these refugees are also very slow. Although there are several regulations, almost no country in the European Union has managed to cope with the share of refugees to be granted asylum, as is the case in Spain. And once in the country, these people do not achieve full integration, promoted by entering the labor market.
