A Multiliteracies approach to CLIL – a didactic proposal

(ES)Esta propuesta didáctica utiliza el enfoque basado en la Multiliteracidad aplicado a AICLE para la
asignatura de Humanidades a alumnos de 10 y 11 años. Está contextualizada en un programa de
inmersión en lengua inglesa en un colegio internacional que sigue el programa del Bachillerato
Internacional. Se han utilizado estas metodologías ya que presentan numerosos beneficios para los
alumnos en este contexto específico. El objetivo es que los alumnos desarrollen sus conocimientos y
habilidades de la asignatura de Humanidades y aquellas relacionadas con las convenciones de género,
necesarias para comunicarse con éxito a través de los canales que las nuevas tecnologías nos ofrecen. Esta
propuesta proporciona un ejemplo de cómo aplicar estas metodologías innovadoras en un contexto real
de aprendizaje.
(EN)This teaching proposal is based on a multilingual approach applied to CLIL for the subject of humanities and pupils aged 10 and 11. It is contextualised in an English language immersion programme in an international school following the International Baccalaureate programme based on a multiliteracies approach, which has been used as it provides with many benefits for pupils in this specific context. The aim is for students to develop their knowledge and skills of the subject of Humanities and those related to the specific genre conventions associated to this subject, which are key to communicate successfully through the channels that new technologies offer us. This proposal provides with an example of how to apply a multiliteracies approach in a real learning context.
