[ES] The object of this project is to make a study of standards to be flowed in order to implant a model of continuous progress, by means of Lean management in a logistic warehouse. It is divided in two parts, Sarton’s warehouse and multicliente warehouse, clearly differentiated by the owner client of each part goods and their rotation because not to make an ideal use of the space of storage and the excess of displacements along it are two fundamental problems of any logistic warehouse. Also, there will be the actions of progress to implant in both warehouses in a common way and actions to implant separately in each one. The obtained results of the above mentioned implants will be analysed and the obtained conclusions of them will be extracted, proposing to the director other new actions to implant in a near future.
