GLOBALIZACIÓN Y FACTORES DE VULNERABILIDAD EN LAS MIGRACIONES DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO: UNA REVISIÓN BIBLIOGRÁFICA

Abstract

El fenómeno impulsado por la globalización donde la mujer encabeza nuevas formas migratorias está ligado a múltiples situaciones de vulnerabilidad concluyentes de procesos de exclusión. Ante ello, el objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar la influencia de la globalización como causante de vulnerabilidades en las experiencias migratorias desde una perspectiva de género. Para ello, se lleva a cabo una revisión bibliográfica desde el aspecto más general al más específico para constatar finalmente en los resultados, la importancia de la perspectiva de género en el estudio del fenómeno migratorio, la influencia clave de la globalización como impulsora de vulnerabilidades sobre mujeres migrantes y por último, la evidencia de los factores más determinantes entre los que cabe destacar: la discriminación múltiple, la precarización laboral y las desigualdades derivadas del género

The phenomenon driven by globalisation, in which women are at the forefront of new forms of migration, is linked to multiple situations of vulnerability that lead to processes of exclusion. In view of this, the aim of this paper is to study the influence of globalisation as a cause of vulnerabilities in migratory experiences from a gender perspective. To this end, a literature review is carried out from the most general to the most specific aspect in order to finally confirm in the results, the importance of the gender perspective in the study of the migratory phenomenon, the key influence of globalisation as a driver of vulnerabilities on migrant women and finally, the evidence of the most determining factors among which the following should be highlighted: multiple discrimination, job insecurity and inequalities derived from gender
