In addition, a program based on ACT is presented aimed at reducing the incidence of suicidal behavior (ideation, attempt and suicide) in young adolescents of both sexes, whose main objective is to achieve a decrease in experiential avoidance with respect to anguish and discomfort. emotional and thus hindering the completion of suicide.
