Resumen
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado de Ingeniería Mecánica tiene como objetivo diseñar y modelar una
nave industrial, en la que, pese a que no se realizan cálculos estructurales, se consultaron construcciones
similares para seleccionar materiales, elementos y perfiles adecuados, dotando al trabajo de una lógica
estructural coherente, y utilizando para ello la metodología BIM, generando la documentación necesaria
para la redacción del proyecto de la misma.
Se desarrolla una memoria descriptiva que define agentes, antecedentes y condicionantes, además de
describir el proyecto, su emplazamiento y la edificación. Se ha definido un Plan de Ejecución BIM (PEB)
para asegurar una planificación y gestión adecuadas del proyecto. A partir del modelo 3D generado, se
obtiene la documentación necesaria, como tablas de planificación, vistas del modelado, planificación
(4D), mediciones y presupuesto (5D), y planos.
The objective of this Final Degree Project in Mechanical Engineering is to design and model an industrial warehouse, in which, although no structural calculations are carried out, similar constructions were consulted to select appropriate materials, elements and profiles, providing the work with a coherent structural logic, and using the BIM methodology, generating the necessary documentation for drafting its project. A descriptive report is developed that defines agents, antecedents and conditions, in addition to describing the project, its location and the building. A BIM Execution Plan (PEB) has been defined to ensure adequate planning and management of the project. From the generated 3D model, the necessary documentation is obtained, such as planning tables, modeling views, planning (4D), measurements and budget (5D), and plans.
