(EN)Currently, climate change is one of the biggest challenges of humanity, and massive meat consumption only increases that problem. This work will try to provide a solution to this problem by means of behavioral economics and experimental economics, seeking the change of food behavior of Jaén's citizens. Based on the findings of related investigations, a design proposal of a field experiment with 100 participants will be made. From those one hundred, fifty of them will use an economic incentive system, whereas the remaining fifty will not, with the purpose of observing if their diet changes. The expected results, based on similar studies, should certify that the way in which the election of food was made previously by the subjects in the experiment would be different. Lastly, it concludes with the suggestion that governments should invest in this type of initiatives to improve people's health.
