[EN] The aims of this study are to analyze the relationship between the number of steps, heart rate, sleep quality and calories measured daily with regard to health variables, quality of life and level of physical activity in people over 60 years, and evaluate health in relation to the level of physical activity of adults over 60 years of the Andalusian population. A total of 54 subjects participated (25 men and 29 women). The level of physical activity has been measured by the Xiaomi Mi Band 4.0 and the health variables through questionnaires carried out over the internet. In conclusion, the level of physical activity ositively influences an increase in frequency, but no relationships have been found with health variables such as the SF-12 Questionnaire, the Lawton and Brody Index, the Geriatric Depression Scale, the VAS scale of Pain and Charlson's Comorbidity. In the end, the number of steps influences the cardiovascular system but not significantly in the overall health of the person.
