(EN) The presence of a transformational leader who fosters positive psychological capital, and therefore promotes work commitment on the part of the staff, is the ultimate goal of any organization. The objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between the three variables previously mentioned. This study was carried out with a sample of 151 people, who were given a form at two different times in order to also check whether these effects are maintained over time. The results show a positive confirmation between the three variables studied, but with the relationship between psychological capital and work commitment being of greater magnitude. In addition, we can affirm that both, the style of leadership exercised as well as the psychological capital are maintained over time, not obtaining the same results in terms of commitment.
