Las parejas de hecho y sus consecuencias jurídico-procesales

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo de fin de grado, realizo un estudio de ésta figura jurídica, requisitos para su constitución, la regulación jurídica existente asi como diferentes casuísticas y los diferentes efectos que produce en las parejas de hecho.[EN] In this end-of-grade work, I carry out a study of this legal figure, requirements for its constitution, the existing legal regulation, as well as different casuistics and the different effects it produces on de facto couples.
