[ES] El comercio internacional de aceite de oliva está creciendo
en los últimos años tras la buena reputación de este
producto entre sus consumidores de todo el mundo. España
es el mayor oferente mundial, origen de más del 40% de
este producto ..
En este trabajo se pretende identificar las razones que llevan a las
empresas a exportar sus productos, los riesgos que estas
operaciones conllevan así como los beneficios. Las formas de
penetración a nuevos mercados y el análisis del sector a nivel
nacional y de la Comunidad Autónoma andaluza. Para finalizar,
estudiaremos y analizaremos dos empresas líderes del sector que
son un buen ejemplo de la internacionalización en el mundo del
aceite de oliva, compaginando tradición e innovación para colocar
los mejores aceites del mundo fuera de las fronteras.
[EN]The international trade of the olive oíl is increasing during the last years after its excellent standing received by its consumers from around the world. Spain is the biggest producer of olive oil all over the world, producing more than the 40% of this product. During this study we want to identify the reasons why the companies export their producís, the risks developed by these processes and the benefits. The ways how the companies introduce the producís to new markets and the analysis of the area taking into account the national level and the Andalusian regional level. To sum up, we are going to study and analyze two leading compames which are the best example of the olive oil 's internationalisation, combining the tradition and innovation in order to sell the best olive oils outside the borders.
