[ES] El Trabajo de Fin de Grado que se presenta tiene relación con una revisión bibliográfica
en la cual, la principal temática de estudio es el acoso escolar ámbito escolar y la forma de
prevenirlo mediante la asignatura de valores cívicos y sociales.
Para poder abarcar este trabajo, se ha tenido en cuenta un proceso de selección de
estudios relativos al acoso escolar. Para ello, bases bibliográficas como Dialnet o Web of Science,
han estado presentes. Esto ha hecho que se obtenga información de carácter formal y académico
sobre la importancia de la prevención del acoso escolar desde el aula, las consecuencias que la
presencia de esta problemática puede conllevar para el colectivo estudiantil, el rol que asume
el docente para la erradicación de estos conflictos o el análisis de la situación actual, donde
nuevas formas de acoso escolar se están dando a través del mal uso de las nuevas tecnologías
de la información y de la comunicación.
A través de la información recopilada, se propone el diálogo asertivo y la educación
emocional como principales vías de intervención en el centro escolar, para poder prevenir o
abordar de una forma adecuada los conflictos y las consecuencias, que el acoso escolar genera.
[EN] The Final Degree Project that is presented is related to a bibliographic review in which the main topic of study is bullying in the school environment and the way to prevent it through the subject of civic and social values. In order to cover this work, a study selection process related to bullying has been taken into account. For this, bibliographic databases such as Dialnet or Web of Science have been present. This has led to obtaining information of a formal and academic nature on the importance of preventing bullying from the classroom, the consequences that the presence of this problem may entail for the student community, the role that the teacher assumes for the eradication of bullying. These conflicts or the analysis of the current situation, where new forms of bullying are taking place through the misuse of new information and communication technologies. Through the information collected, assertive dialogue and emotional education are proposed as the main means of intervention in the school, in order to prevent or adequately address the conflicts and consequences that bullying generates.
