Resumen
El Trabajo Fin de Grado que se presenta trata sobre la
discapacidad y su relación en el ámbito laboral. El Trabajo se
estructura en cinco apartados mediante los cuales se desarrollan
los diferentes modelos a través de los que se ha definido, tratado y
estudiado la discapacidad siendo el modelo social el instaurado
por la Convención Internacional de los Derechos de la Personas
con Discapacidad. La elección del tema ha estado motivada por la
necesidad de conocer como futura Técnico de Recursos Humanos,
la normativa a aplicar, los principios y los distintos recursos que
existen y en muchas ocasiones no se hacen efectivos, lo que
conlleva la discriminación de las personas con discapacidad en el
ámbito laboral.
The Final Degree Project that is presented deals with disability and its relationship in the workplace. The Work is structured in five sections through which the different models are developed through which disability has been defined, treated and studied, the social model being the one established by the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The choice of the topic has been motivated by the need to know, as a future Human Resources Technician, the regulations to be applied, the principles and the different resources that exist and on many occasions they are not made effective, which entails the discrimination of people with disability in the workplace
