Resumen
[ES]Este Trabajo Fin de Grado pretende dar respuesta a la formación del profesorado en contextos de diversidad, porque se observa que el profesorado actual no está suficientemente preparado en lo que ha formación se refiere para atender a la diversidad en el ámbito educativo, debido a su escasa preparación y también por la no actualización de sus conocimientos en la formación permanente. Asi este proyecto analiza a un grupo de profesores determinado mediante un cuestionario, para ver si verdaderamente está formado o puede satisfacer las necesidades que presentan este tipo de alumnos-as. La metodología utilizada es descriptiva porque tiene como objetivo llegar a conocer las situaciones, costumbres y actitudes predominantes a través de la descripción exacta de las actividades, objetos y personas .En los resultados obtenidos, la mayoría de profesores-as encuestados dicen que el profesor-a no se encuentra capacitado para llevar a cabo procesos de atención a la diversidad.
[EN]This Final Project work aims to answer to faculty training regarding diversity contexts due to the fact it is noticed that teachers are not formed enough for attending the diversity in the educational field, mainly because of the lack of preparation and the outdated knowledge in terms of permanent training. Thereby, this project analyses a certain group of teachers through a questionnaire in order to check whether they are properly trained or are able to satisfy the needs shown in this kind of students. The methodology used is a descriptive methodology because its goal is to get to know the different predominant situations, customs and attitudes through the accurate description of the activities, objects and people. Thus, looking at the obtained results, the majority of the respondent teachers say that they are not capable to carry out processes of attention to diversity.
