Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo, trata sobre el funcionamiento de la técnica del Yield Management en las aerolíneas, puesto que actualmente tiene una gran importancia para las empresas de servicios, ya que ayuda a la gestión diaria de éstas.
De este modo, nuestro objetivo es, poder arrojar luz sobre las fluctuaciones de precios, y que, no exista confusión entre los clientes a la hora de comprar sus billetes de avión. Para lograrlo realizaremos un seguimiento de los precios de los vuelos a tres destinos diferentes, con dos compañías aéreas, una tradicional, otra de bajo coste y de esta forma poder analizar el comportamiento de los precios.
[EN] This report is based on how the technique of Yield Management works in the airlines. Currently, this technique has got a major importance for the service businesses as it helps their diary tasks Thus, our aim is to justify the fluctuation in prices and try to avoid the costumes confusion when they buy their tickets. In order to clarify this process we will study the process of the flights in three different destinations. We will analyses the price from two different airlines; a low cost one and another traditional one.
