Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo es un análisis de los diferentes factores que influyen en la motivación, sus tipos, pautas para lograrla y agentes que influyen en ella, principalmente durante el segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. Tras este estudio se concluye que la metodología más adecuada para lograr la motivación es la pedagogía onstructivista o trabajo por proyectos y que el recurso fundamental para alcanzarla en esta etapa se encuentra en las actividades artísticas.
Por ello se realiza una propuesta de intervención educativa a través de un proyecto de trabajo en el que se utiliza el arte y el patrimonio como principal recurso mediante el uso de los museos. Este proyecto busca despertar el interés de los alumnos por la cultura, haciéndoles sentir motivados y con ganas de adquirir nuevos conocimientos.
[EN]This paper is an analysis of the different factors influencing the motivation and their types, patterns to achieve it and agents that influence it, mainly during the second cycle of early childhood education. After this study concludes that the most appropriate methodology to achieve motivation is the constructivist pedagogy or work projects and that the fundamental resource to achieve it at this stage is located in the artistic activities. This is a proposal of educational intervention through a work project which uses art and heritage as the main resource through the use of museums. This project seeks to awaken the interest of students by the culture, making them feel motivated and eager to acquire new knowledge.
