Design of a Natural Science learning situation for the third level of primary education based on LOMLOE and involving Universal Design of Learning (UDL).

Resumen
El presente trabajo pretende conocer el origen de las situaciones de aprendizaje, y comprender su funcionamiento,
así como su aplicación en la realidad de un aula. Para ello, se analizan las normativas vigentes en relación a las
situaciones de aprendizaje a través del estudio del Boletín Oficial del Estado de España y se contextualiza en la
Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla- la Mancha. Además, al tratarse de una propuesta didáctica bilingüe, se establecen
conexiones con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia de las Lenguas y se parte del Diseño Universal de
Aprendizaje para su posterior desarrollo. Asimismo, se exponen los vínculos de este tipo de diseño con los avances
en neurociencia y los beneficios que conlleva su correcta implementación. Finalmente, se plantea una propuesta
didáctica de la asignatura de Ciencias Naturales centrada en la unidad del Reino Animal, focalizada en el curso de 3o
de Primaria bilingüe aplicando el marco teórico.
The present work pretends to know the origin of learning situations, and to understand its operation, as well as its application in the reality of a classroom. Therefore, the current legal regulations in relation to learning situations are analyzed through the study of the Official State Gazette of Spain and it is contextualized in the Autonomous Community of Castilla-La Mancha. In addition, as it is a bilingual didactic proposal, connections are established with the Common European Framework of Reference for languages and it is based on the Universal Design for Learning for its subsequent development. Likewise, the links of this type of design with the advances in neuroscience and the benefits that its correct implementation entails are exposed. Finally, a didactic proposal of the Natural Science’s subject centered on the Animal Kingdom unit is proposed, focused on the bilingual 3rd year of Primary, by applying the theoretical framework.
