Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de grado pretende realizar un acercamiento en cuanto a un fenómeno cada vez más presente en los últimos años y en parte desconocido, incluso rechazado por parte de la población, se trata de los Menores Extranjeros No Acompañados (MENA). Se va a realizar a través de una investigación científica en la que se pretende llegar a entender varios aspectos sobre la vida y las decisiones de estos menores migrantes y parte de los procesos por los que transcurren, incluso antes de llegar a nuestro país o cuando cumplen la mayoría de edad, que ya pierden sus derechos como menores. Mencionar que esto solo es una aproximación al tema, ya que sería imposible plasmar todos los estudios acerca de los menores, tienen aspectos en común, pero al fin y al cabo cada uno tiene su historia, diferente a la de los demás. En este trabajo también se va a plantear una problemática a investigar con respecto a estos adolescentes, que en este caso estaríamos hablando sobre el marco empírico

This final degree project aims to make an approach regarding a phenomenon that is increasingly present in recent years and in part unknown, even rejected by the population, it is about Unaccompanied Foreign Minors (NAFM). It will be carried out through scientific research in which it is intended to understand various aspects of the life and decisions of these migrant minors and part of the processes they go through, even before arriving in our country or when they comply the age of majority, who already lose their rights as minors. Mention that this is only an approach to the subject, since it would be impossible to capture all the studies about minors, they have aspects in common but at the end of the day each one has its own story, different from that of the others. In this work, a problem to be investigated with respect to these teenagers will also be raised which in this case we would be talking about the empirical framework
