Resumen
[ES] En el presente trabajo fin de máster (TFM) se observan las deficiencias a la hora de llevar a cabo el bloque de contenidos de expresión corporal en las clases de educación física, ya que la mayoría de los profesores no lo desarrollan, ya sea por no dominarlo, por falta de tiempo o dificultad para motivar a los alumnos. Por ello se realiza esta unidad didáctica con el objetivo de facilitar y resolver los problemas que planteamos de modo que los alumnos no se pierdan los numerosos beneficios que tiene trabajar la expresión corporal. Se llevan a cabo sesiones en las que predomina el trabajo en equipo, el respeto y aprendizaje de las técnicas de expresión a través de ejercicios y juegos motivantes. A modo de conclusión comprobaremos que esta unidad didáctica se puede llevar a cabo fácilmente y poder trabajar todos los aspectos necesarios.
[EN] In this Master’s thesis (TFM) we will analyse the deficiencies detected in the syllabus part related to body expression in physical education classes, as most teachers do not foster this skill, either because they do not master it, they do not have enough time for it or they experience difficulties in motivating students. For this reason, this teaching unit has been created with the aim of facilitating and solving the problems we describe so that students do not miss out on the numerous benefits of working on body expression. In this regard, we carry out different sessions with motivating excercises and games for fostering teamwork, respect and the acquisition of body expression techniques. In conclusion, we can observe that this teaching unit can be easily carried out and that all the necessary aspects can be worked on.
