Torredonjimeno como destino turístico. Propuesta gastronómica.

Abstract

[ES] Torredonjimeno es una localidad de la provincia de Jaén donde los sectores económicos que más se han desarrollado son el industrial y el derivado del olivar. Sin embargo, en el municipio encontramos atractivos turísticos que se han potenciado escasamente, es por ello que en este trabajo presentamos los resultados de un análisis territorial pormenorizado sobre las características geográficas en cuanto a localización, factores físicos y humanos. Posteriormente nos detenemos especialmente en el estudio y relación de los elementos vinculados con el sector turístico: alojamientos, restauración, operadores y recursos territoriales turísticos tanto naturales como culturales. Finalmente presentamos una propuesta gastronómica que podría sumarse a la oferta turística de la localidad aprovechando los recursos y la infraestructura existente.

[EN] Torredonjimeno is a town in the province of Jaén where the economic sectors that have developed the most are the industrial and the derivative of the olive grove. However, in the municipality we find tourist attractions that have been scarcely strengthened, that is why in this work we present the results of a detailed territorial analysis on the geographical characteristics in terms of location, physical and human factors. Afterwards, we will dwell especially on the study and relationship of the elements linked to the tourism sector: accommodation, restoration, operators and tourist territorial resources, both natural and cultural. Finally we present a gastronomic proposal that could be added to the tourist offer of the locality taking advantage of the existing resources and infrastructure.
