LA BÚSQUEDA ACTIVA DE EMPLEO: NUEVAS HERRAMIENTAS PARA UNA BÚSQUEDA EFECTIVA. EMPLEO 3.0

Abstract

En este trabajo se plantea la búsqueda activa de empleo desde una perspectiva digital, pasando por las técnicas y herramientas tradicionales para una búsqueda activa de empleo, hasta las herramientas digitales analizando y explorando cómo las nuevas tecnologías en general y las redes sociales en particular, han contribuido a una búsqueda más efectiva. Posteriormente se presenta una proyección didáctica cuyo objetivo central es que el alumnado sea consciente de la importancia de llevar a cabo un proceso de búsqueda activa de empleo eficaz, para su futura inserción en el mercado laboral.

In this work, the active search for employment is proposed from a digital perspective, going through traditional techniques and tools for an active search for employment, to digital tools analyzing and exploring social networks. Subsequently, a didactic projection is presented where the main objective is for students to be aware of the importance of carrying out an effective active job search process, for their future insertion in the labor market.
