LA INFLUENCIA FAMILIAR EN EL DESARROLLO DE CONDUCTAS DELICTIVAS EN EL MENOR

Abstract

Este proyecto se va a orientar al estudio de menores infractores en el ámbito familiar. Dicha investigación se centra en la influencia de la familia sobre el menor infractor; el cual puede desarrollar una conducta violenta y antisocial. Para ello, se investigará los diferentes factores que influyen sobre el menor infractor, los problemas de la familia, que tipos de familias existen y pueden dar lugar a que el niño o niña desarrolle una conducta delictiva. Todo esto se realizará a través de un marco teórico en el que se recopilará toda la información obtenida de diversas fuentes, y a través de una serie de entrevistas que ayudará a darle una perspectiva más real a dicho proyecto. Por último, se expondrá las técnicas adecuadas para abordar esta problemática desde el Trabajo Social.

This project is going to oriented towards the estudy of offender minor in the environment withim the family. This study will focus on the influence of the family in ofender minor who could build up violent and antisocial behaviours. For that purpuse, different factors will be investigated. They could be influent n ofender minor. These could be family’s problems, the different kind of families, etc.It probably affects to the minor and they could develop criminal practices. All this will be donde with a theorical framework that will collect all the information from diverse sources and interviews. These will help to have a more real prospect. Finally, will be suitable techniques to approach this problem from Social Work will be present.
