Resumen
[ES] Ikea es una multinacional líder de venta de muebles y decoración
de hogar, con gran diferencia de las empresas que comparten el
mismo sector.
Por ello me he centrado en estudiar su estrategia de minimización
de costes. Los clientes montan en sus casas los productos,
empaquetados de forma plana, lo que se reduce el espacio de
almacenamiento y coste de personal. De esta manera la venta de
los productos es mucho más asequible que la de sus competidores,
adaptándose a todo tipo de clientes independientemente del nivel
económico y la edad.
Por otro lado, la parte principal de este trabajo está focalizada en
la responsabilidad social que sigue Ikea, las técnicas que usa para
cuidar tanto el medio ambiente como el problema social y la
importancia del capital humano en la empresa, siendo esta un
ejemplo a seguir.
