Estudio constitucional comparado sobre la Constitución de la Republica Popular Democrática de Corea

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo lleva a cabo un estudio constitucional comparado en el que se verán y se estudiaran las diferencias entre la Constitución española de 1978 y la Constitución de la República Popular Democrática de Corea. También, y para comparar constituciones más afines, se verá el contenido de otras constituciones socialistas y europeas así como constituciones históricas españolas, buscando los artículos o bien por su situación en el texto constitucional o bien por su semejanza. Se estudia a fondo el Capítulo I (Política), el Capítulo II (Economía) y el Capítulo III (Cultura) así como el Capítulo V (Derechos y Deberes Fundamentales del Ciudadano) de la Constitución de la República Popular Democrática de Corea analizando los detalles más interesantes de los artículos contenidos en esos capítulos.

[EN]This paper presents a comparative study among different countries constitutions where the main differences between the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and the Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are analysed . Also, in order to compare more similar constitutions, the content of other socialist and European constitutions as well as Spanish historical constitutions have been studied by searching items either by their position in the constitutional text or its likeness. It scrutinizes Chapter I (Policy), Chapter II (Economics), Chapter III (Culture) and Chapter V (Rights and Duties of Citizens) of the Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea analyzing the most interesting details of the articles contained in these chapters.
