Estimación en continuo del nivel de suciedad de aceitunas

Abstract

En este Trabajo de Fin de Máster se pretende obtener información a partir de imágenes procedentes de una almazara. Para tal fin, se va a emplear el lenguaje de programación Python y diversas librerías, aunque principalmente, la más conocida en el ámbito de procesado de imagen: OpenCV. La información que se va a obtener de las imágenes va a ser la cantidad de hoja presente en cada imagen, además de la clasificación de la aceituna, es decir, el estado en el que se encuentra. Toda esta información es de gran utilidad para determinar la calidad del aceite, ya que el estado de la aceituna es uno de los parámetros principales que lo determinan. Por último, se va a presentar una pequeña interfaz para facilitar la utilización del programa que se desarrolla en este trabajo para cualquier posible usuario.

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to obtain information from images taken in an oil mill. To this end, the Python programming language has been used, in addition to a wide range of libraries of programming functions, focusing on the the most well-known and applied in the field of image processing – OpenCV. The information to be obtained from the aforementioned images will consist on the quantity of olive leaves, and the correct classification according to the condition of the harvested olives. Since the state of these olives is one of the main parameters to determine the quality of the olive oil, this information, together with the leaf quantity, will be extremely valuable. Furthermore, an user-interface will be provided to make the implementation of this programme more feasible.
