POSITIVISMO EMOCIONAL: LA FELICIDAD ES UNA AUTOVÍA HACIA EL APRENDIZAJE

Abstract

[ES] La sociedad actual está avanzando hacia nuevas formas de conocimiento donde las emociones cada vez están más presentes. La competencia emocional determina nuestra relación con el mundo, favorece· la creatividad, la interacción social, fortalece la resistencia a las adversidades y constituye una fuente inagotable de bienestar personal y felicidad. Asimismo, las emociones positivas suponen una herramienta esencial en el ámbito educativo ya que despiertan la motivación, favorecen el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales, el autoconocimiento, la autoestima, el afrontamiento del estrés ... Por todos estos motivos, y dada la importancia que tiene en el desarrollo integral del alumnado, trabajar en y desde las emociones en las aulas se manifiesta como un requisito ineludible.

[EN] Our current society wants to create a new knowledge way where emotions are more present daily. The emotional competence decides our relation with the world, improves the creativity, the social interactions, promotes the resistance to adversities and constitutes an endless resource to personal welfare and happiness. Additionally, positives emotions, constitutes an essential tool to improve the development of social - emotional abilities, self-knowledge, self - esteem, stress's confronting ... For all these reasons, and because of the importance that emotions have in the student's comprehensive development, working and forming emotions in school are unavoidable requirements.
