Exclusión residencial y movimientos en defensa de la vivienda en España

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general, analizar el fenómeno de la exclusión residencial, el problema de acceso a la vivienda en España y más concretamente, las iniciativas ciudadanas que han surgido en defensa del derecho a la vivienda. Para ello inicialmente revisamos el contexto general recopilando información sobre la crisis mundial y sus consecuencias en el ámbito de la vivienda, para después centrarnos en las movilizaciones e iniciativas ciudadanas más recientes como es la plataforma de afectados por la hipoteca. Para cumplir con el objetivo central de la investigación, abordaremos de manera específica aquellos estudios que nos permitan conocer la crisis española, también será necesario comprender las leyes hipotecarias y analizar el origen de la crisis mundial, comprender la razón de la aparición de los movimientos sociales españoles y profundizar en cuales fueron los movimientos que resaltaron durante estos fenómenos sociales

The general objective of this work is to analyze the phenomenon of residential exclusion, the problem of access to housing in Spain and more specifically, the citizen initiatives that have emerged in defense of the right to housing.
