‘’Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones en Andalucía’’

Abstract

En los últimos años, este Impuesto ha sufrido una serie de cambios normativos, cambios los cuales se han ido viendo reflejados en la recaudación del mismo. La mayoría de estos cambios han ido encaminados a la reducción de la carga fiscal que la población andaluza sufría a la hora de declarar una herencia o donación. Estos cambios han supuesto que Andalucía pase a ser una de las CCAA que más llenaba sus arcas con este impuesto, a ser una de las que menos. Hablaremos del impuesto en Andalucía, lo definiremos y tras esto haremos una comparación con algunas de las CCAA de nuestro país, alguna parecida en cuanto a población y otra que sea totalmente opuesta, en cuanto a habitantes de su territorio.

In recent years, this Tax has undergone a series of regulatory changes, changes which have been reflected in its collection. Most of these changes have been aimed at reducing the tax burden that the Andalusian population suffered when declaring an inheritance or donation. These changes have meant that Andalusia becomes one of the Autonomous Communities that most filled its coffers with this tax, to be one of the least. We will talk about the tax in Andalusia, we will define it and after this we will make a comparison with some of the CCAA of our country, some similar in terms of population and another that is totally opposite, in terms of inhabitants of their territory.
