Resumen
La incertidumbre de los paneles de cata, ligada a la subjetividad personal del experto, junto
con la inestabilidad del mercado, se encuentran en el punto de mira del mundo del aceite de
oliva. La nariz electrónica, un proyecto que se compone de tres tomos: Mecánica, Electrónica
Hardware y Software, utiliza sensores de gas para captar componentes volátiles aromáticos de
la muestra y así poder hallar la huella sensorial del aceite de manera objetiva. Este tomo trata
el desarrollo de la Electrónica Software.
The uncertainty of the tasting panels, linked to the personal subjectivity of the expert, together with the instability of the market, are in the crosshairs of the world of olive oil. The electronic nose, a project that consists of three volumes: Mechanics, Electronics Hardware and Software, uses gas sensors to capture volatile components of the sample and thus be able to nd the sensory footprint of the oil objectively. This volume deals with the development of Electronic Software.
