Protección jurídica de los jóvenes ante la violencia de género: Modalidades y soluciones aplicables.

Abstract

[ES] La violencia ejercida sobre la mujer, es un hecho que viene desde nuestros antepasados, extendiéndose hasta la actualidad. No sólo se presenta en aquellas parejas adultas, sino también, cada vez más, sobre los jóvenes, aumentando su vulnerabilidad al ser inmigrantes y tener discapacidad. La violencia de género es un problema que se intenta solucionar, sin embargo, todavía queda mucho camino por recorrer. En este trabajo algunos de los aspectos que vamos a analizar son, el acontecimiento de la violencia de género sobre los jóvenes, así como también, las modalidades en las que se puede presentar, los comportamientos que se han obtenido jurisprudencialmente, destacando como novedad la aplicación de la agravante de género. Además, puntualizaremos sobre la normativa que regula este tipo de violencia, tanto a nivel estatal como a nivel autonómico y las deficiencias que presenta.

[EN] The violence exerted on women, is a fact that comes from our ancestors, extending to the present. It not only occurs in adult couples, but also, increasingly, on young people, increasing their vulnerability to being immigrants and having disabilities. Gender violence is a problem that is trying to solve, however, there is still a long way to go. In this paper, some of the aspects that we are going to analyze are the occurrence of gender violence on young people, as well as the modalities in which it can be presented, the behaviors that have been obtained jurisprudentially, highlighting the novelty of the application of the aggravating gender. In addition, we will point out the regulations that regulate this type of violence, both at the state level and at the regional level and the deficiencies that it presents.
